Today I am pretty much excited about a lip
cream from one of my favourite brand Makeup Revolution .
Makeup Revolution Ultra Velour Lip Cream in the shade Don't Bring Me Down
Those are excited about liquid lipsticks like
me are either acquainted to matte liquid lipsticks or Lip gloss.But this
lipcream is literally a whipped cream that is neither matte nor glossy .

This amazing lip cream from Makeup
Revolution comes in a typical Makeup
Revolution rose gold cardboard pack.The
card board box comes with a small open portion ,which makes it convenient to
see the color of the lip cream shade from outside. The lip cream comes in the
classic, transparent, a little broad,Perfectly cylindrical and short plastic gloss tube.
The tube is
provided with a black cap with doe foot smooth applicator attached . The brand
details are printed in rose gold fonts on the tube. There is also a tiny
sticker with the shade name on the tube written in jet black.
My Experience:
Don't Bring Me Down is a Vibrant Rosy Pink shade .I was expecting either matte or supper glossy
finish .I first though that the rosy pink Ultra Velour lip cream is going to be too gaudy
and is risky for day time wear .
I was surprised to see this lip cream comes
with reddish undertone which provides semi opaque finish . The consistency of
the lip cream is pretty much mousse-y.
I applied this on exfoliated and moisturized lips
.But the consistency made me feel that if it is applied on dry lips it might
settle in fine lines. My lips are not pigmentation free thus I found it pretty
much opaque .I did not like the smell .
The lip cream is not at all matte inclined
thus it is not transfer proof .Above everything else the color is mind blowing
for both day and night wear and will suit every type of skin tone .
