Hello Dolls !!! I hope you all are enjoying the monsoon rains .I know some of you hate monsoon’s dullness too .What do you all do to beat monsoon’s dullness? I choose a bright lipstick and it is my mood changer . Having hovered through a lot of matte and glossy liquid lippies ,I have been tending to grow a strong affinity towards creamy matte lipsticks. A redlipstick is a girl’s best friend and red lipstick lovers like me simply love every variant of red lipstick . Today I am going wrire about a beautiful creamy matte red lipstick. Maybelline’s Big Apple Range include only a few red to pink shades out of which I choose a beautiful red which is the ranges signature shade .

Packaging : The Packaging is absolutely the same as any other creamy lipstick’s from their color show range the only difference is here the body is mattified black .

My Experience:

I must say iwas’nt expecting much from the range because of  it’s price ,but the texture and pigmentation surprised me .The texture is creamy matte indeed while you can say it it super pigmented . This color is very much a college girl’s first red lipstick ,which neither to rustic dull nor too fiercely intense. This is basically a tomato red where the amazing balance of coralline orange and pink prevails .

You need to have well kept lips which means if not moisturized exfoliated lips are expected to provide a perfect canvas .Actually like all other mattes it is also not devoid of the tendency to settle in fine lines .It is super pigmented while ,you can sport it even for morning ceremonies where you wear makeup ,trust me it will not give you that attention despo look.

For me it survives a meals ,which was a heavy lunch transfers a bit .I wont complain much about that rather think it is justified .It lasts for 4-5 hours during Indian summer ,it starts fading from centre .

To get it removed oil based makeup remover works best .
