How old were you when you performed on stage for the first time? :

-8/9 years i guess.

As a child everyone generally loves playing with their mom’s Makeup and Accessories. Do you remember doing that?

-My Mother had no interest in Make Up.. My Elder sister too.. so, was I..used to love  wearing Nailpolish during my school days. But unfortunately that was not allowed in our school !! And as of now i don't like wearing them anymore.. Vaseline is my All time fav.. It has been my Friend from childhood.

Name one makeup product you cannot leave home without

- Vaseline & Lipbalm.

You are one of the busiest recording artist in tollywood how do you manage your self care and busy schedule ? :

-Actually i dont have such self care routine.. but yes, i always try to wear Sunscreen before leaving home during the day.. and Cleaning my face with facewash is a must for me after returning home, Then applying something like toner/Moisturiser .

Actually I am too lazy to follow a skin care routine.. only followed few before my marriage.. some home made face packs and all.. i Think I am a rare one who haven't done any hair spa or facial at parlour before the D Day!!

Whom do you trust the most,when it comes to style advice for a TV show ?

-My Elder Sister Sumitra Mukherjee .. She is a Fashion Designer.. her brand's name is "PRAMODA - The Designer Clothing". Mostly I Wear her designs on my shows or TV Appearances..

What was the most memorable complement you received for you looks?

-Dont remember..!!

When was the first time you took interest in Dolling up?

-Generally i was not much into it. Did not like to use lipsticks also.But nowdays, For Television/Stage performances, I have to do a proper make up. Though it is most of the time tiring for me..Specially Removing the make up!!

I never been to Beauty Saloons till my 10th standard! My Father use to do our (Me & My Elder Sister's) haircut.I entered a Beauty Parlour for the first time, at the age of 17, when i was in a Singing reality show.. that is when my grooming started !

Who is your favourite makeup artist ?

-There are many good artistes i have worked with.. but did not think about it..

Everytime you appeared on screen ,you not only amazed audiece with performance but you fashion sence also inspired people .Whom Do you inherit your fashion sense from ?

-From my Elder sister, as i mentioned earlier..

Any Fashion label you are obessesd with ?

-"PRAMODA - The Designer Clothing"

What are the makeup/self care essentials Madhuraa always keeps in her purse ?

-Generally, No Make up! Only Vaseline, Lip balm & a comb.

What is your secret self care mantra ?

-I avoid fast foods, junk foods, oily foods.. thats all.. Drinking loads of water is very important.. dont have any such Mantra!

Any message from Madhuraa to the budding performers regarding grooming and fashion ?

-You  are asking a wrong person for fashion & Grooming advice !!( smiles ) But i believe in one thing. Fashion means Comfort to me.. if i am comfortable with my attire, confidence comes from within.
